Create energy, positivity and clarity in your life by by challenging yourself to meditate every day for 6 weeks starting Monday 6th January. We’ll support you with meditation classes, guidance and tips each week of the challenge.
How you can take part
1. Join our weekly meditation challenge classes
Monday evenings, 7.30-9.30pm
from 6th Jan
Saturday mornings, 10.30am-12.30pm
from 11th Jan
(no class Sat 8th Feb)
Both at Effraspace, SW2 1PX
All classes by donation
Newcomers to meditation welcome
If you miss the first couple of classes don’t worry – you can still join in after the start date.
