Through Buddhist Eyes

Through Buddhist Eyes
21st October @ 10:00 am - 12:30 pm BST
An event every 2 months that begins at 10:00 am on day Third of the month, happening 3 times

Through Buddhist Eyes is our new monthly Saturday morning drop-in class on imagination, creativity and inspiration.
Buddhist practice can very often lead to strong experiences and changes in how we see the world. We may feel an irrepressible urge to express this through our creative pursuits. Unleashing our creativity in the context of Buddhist practice can help us connect to new states of being.
How can we work with our spiritual vision and convey our emotional energy? We’ll introduce the work of Buddhist artists, musicians, scientists, performers, dancers, poets, story tellers, writers and more who use their practice as inspiration.
Each month at this class we’ll be offering both a space to meditate together on the weekend, as well as a place to unlock our own imaginations and creativity by inviting a member of our community to share what animates and inspires their own practice.
These classes are suitable for all, and newcomers are welcome. Events will be held monthly on the third Saturday morning of every month. There will be a pause of the events in September.
