Radical Dharma: Buddhist Teachings for Uncertain Times

What makes you happy? Friends? Family? Work? Netflix? These things can bring enjoyment in our lives but sometimes things also go wrong. We argue with friends, we lose our job, we get ill.

The Buddha taught that authentic happiness is possible, Happiness that doesn’t depend upon the external conditions of our lives. A deep, unshakeable contentment that comes from within.

This course seeks to address this issue directly, by helping you evaluate what brings you true value and meaning. Through discussion, meditation, reflection and exercises in between sessions, this course will offer you Buddhist ideas and perspectives on life. Buddhist perspectives that can help you find authentic happiness in the midst of challenging and uncertain times.

Led by Maitrinara and team.
