Monday Night Meditation

An event every week that begins at 7:30 pm on Monday, repeating until April 27, 2020

Meditation is a way of creating a healthy mind and bringing focus and energy to our lives and relationships. We teach two fundamental practices that cultivate clear awareness, peace of mind and emotional positivity. The class is made up of led meditations, discussion and teaching, with a tea break halfway through.

Room One: Starting Out
If you’re new to the Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana meditations drop in to learn these two practices with simple, straightforward instruction, guidance on posture and tips for setting up a regular practice at home.

Room Two: Going Deeper
If you’ve already learnt the Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana meditations, join our Going Deeper sessions to explore how to work with your mind in a more creative and focused way.
