Monday Night Meditation: Challenging craving for sensuous experience

Meditation is a way of creating a healthy mind and bringing focus and energy to our lives and relationships, especially in these times of uncertainty and challenge.

In this series of 5 weeks we’ll be exploring the 5 hindrances to meditative concentration with a particular emphasis on the antidotes. This week, we’ll be looking at how we stop and deflect impulses of craving for more exciting or stimulating experiences that arise in meditation, especially those that stem from our own unhelpful habits and patterns of behaviour.
