Monday Night Meditation: Countering Ill-will & Irritation by Cultivating the Opposite

Meditation is a way of creating a healthy mind and bringing focus and energy to our lives and relationships, especially in these times of uncertainty and challenge.

In this series of 5 weeks, we’ll be exploring the 5 hindrances to meditative concentration with a particular emphasis on the antidotes. In this week’s live stream, we’ll be working against the tendencies of anger, ill-will, and irritation with several meditative approaches to cultivating the opposite.
