Monday Meditation: Meditation Toolkit – Week 5

The Meditation Toolkit

How to stir up life, energy and curiosity in your meditation.

Discover or rediscover the benefits of meditating and exploring meditation with others. Expect practical instruction, guided meditation and Q&As. All welcome. Suitable for those newer to meditation and more experienced meditators.

Come and join us to learn or refresh the Mindfulness of breathing meditation. This radical practice reminds us that distraction and stress don’t need to be our default position. Developing awareness and presence can bring unity, engagement and joy in the midst of our lives. 

The first half of the class will feature a talk on the current theme and the second half of the class, will have a second shorter meditation and go more deeply into the practices.

In-person – just turn up from 7.20pm, no booking necessary.

Face coverings are now discretionary. The wearing of face coverings at this event is optional but still welcomed if you would prefer to do so.

Our classes are free of charge but all donations are gratefully received. We are totally reliant on your gifts to run these events and to keep them free for those without the means to give financially. We’d suggest a donation of £10/£5 per class, depending on you income.
