The Three Marks of Existence: Meditations on Reality

A lot is said about ‘Reality’ in Buddhism but how do we recognise what is more real? The Buddha talked about three marks of existence. Three Ways of determining what is more real.

This week we are going to look at how craving or aversion in our meditation, creates Dukkha, or dissatisfaction and constriction. We’ll explore how to recognise these states and what happens when we become free of them.

LIVE on YouTube Monday 23rd November from 7.30pm (GMT): Click here to watch.

Followed by a hosted discussion group on Zoom from 8.45pm (GMT): for those interested in discussing any points raised in the live-stream. Newcomers warmly welcomed.
