Monday Meditation Drop-in

For support in your Meditation Challenge, join our Monday Meditation Drop-in classes for guided meditation and teaching by our experienced meditation teachers.

We offer a room for newcomers to the mindfulness of breathing and metta bhavana practices, as well as a room for those wanting to go deeper into their regular meditation practice

Create energy, positivity and clarity in your life by by challenging yourself to meditate every day for 6 weeks starting Monday 6th January. We’ll support you with meditation classes, guidance and tips each week of the challenge.

How you can take part:

    1. Sign up to our mailing list to receive weekly emails with meditation tips, videos from our teachers and inspiration for your practice.

2.  Join our weekly meditation challenge classes:
