Grow Your Meditation Toolkit

Have you been meditating a while but you’re feeling a bit stuck? Are you looking to take your practice deeper and learn some new tools?

Join Amarapapuspa and Natasha for this four week online course to help you deepen your meditation practice. Our teachers are experienced meditators who will offer guidance and support to help you find deeper satisfaction, confidence and pleasure in meditation – especially in these challenging times.

By the end of the course you will:
– Be more in touch with your motivation for meditating, and able to explore the pleasure in your meditative experience
– Understand the common obstacles to getting concentrated in meditation (known as the hindrances in Buddhism), and how to counter them
– Have a working model of common patterns in metal states, and some tools for letting go of repetitive or obsessive thoughts
– Know how to recognise deeper meditation states, and have the confidence to explore them in your own practice

Suitable for people with experience of meditation.

Four Wednesday evenings via Zoom, starting 29th July
7.00 – 9:00pm with a break

This course is free of charge but any donations will be gratefully received.

We’d suggest £25/£40 depending on your income but any amount will be welcome.
