February 29 @ 10:30 am - 12:30 pm
An event every 2 weeks that begins at 10:30 am on Saturday, repeating until April 11, 2020
These drop-in discussion groups are for those wishing to gain a deeper understanding of the Dharma – the teachings of the Buddha. The Dharma addresses fundamental human concerns and its study and practice brings depth and meaning that enriches our lives and opens up limitless perspectives on our potential. An experienced Buddhist teacher will lead each class and will present a different aspect of the Dharma which the class will then go on to explore and reflect on.
Each class is stand-alone, which means you can attend any one or all of the classes. The classes are suitable for those who have a desire to learn more about Buddhism, whether or not you are currently a practising Buddhist. So if you are a newcomer wanting to know more about Buddhism or a practising Buddhist who is not able at present to attend a systematic study course – these drop-ins are for you!
