Drop in Dharma: The Mindfulness of Breathing

Understand more about one of the core practices we teach: The Mindfulness of Breathing.

Learning to follow the sensations of breathing is a fundamental Buddhist practice. In this Saturday morning discussion session, we will take an in-depth look at the nature and purpose of this deceptively simple meditation, and how it can lead us towards our full potential.

We meet via a hosted Zoom room which is led by an experienced Buddhist teacher who will present new material for discussion each session. This is followed by plenty of time to explore how these teachings may or may not be relevant to us and our current situations.

All welcome, whether you are a newcomer with basic questions or a practicing Buddhist who is not currently able to attend our longer Dharma training courses.
