Dharma Day Festival

6th July @ 2:30 pm - 7:00 pm BST

Branded image for Dharma Day with photo of Vajragupta

After experiencing Enlightenment some 2600 years ago, the Buddha first taught the Dharma, or ‘truth of the way things are’. Dharma Day festival celebrates this seminal moment, and our good fortune that these teachings have come to us in a form we can understand and explore in our own lives.

Vajragupta, Chair of the Croydon Buddhist Centre, author, and experienced Dharma teacher, will give a talk on ‘The Dharma for Troubled Times’, and we’ll get a chance to discuss in small groups what these teachings might mean for us.

Dharma Day is an opportunity for us to explore the Dharma, practice meditation and ritual, and gather together within the good vibes of our vibrant and friendly community.

All welcome, whether you are already a Mitra and in a study group, or if you are much newer to our community!
