What do practitioners of Buddhism in London do to engage with these key areas of life day-to-day? Join us every other Saturday to hear, ask, discuss and explore anything you wanted to about these topics, and find out how Buddhism views and engages with these basic human themes. These sessions will include a short meditation, a brief TED-style talk and plenty of space for discussion in a relaxed atmosphere.

Oct 26 – Career
Nov 9 – Love & Happiness
Nov 23 – Politics

No experience required, drop-in suitable for newcomers to Buddhism (no booking required).

Classes by donation (suggested £10 waged / £5 low-waged)
