Beyond What Limits Us: Behaviour

August 10 @ 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm

How do you structure your time? Do you plan everything into a rigid schedule? Or have a noncommittal array of options?

The way we behave in our lives can affect the way we approach meditation too. We can be overly rigid and this can create a strict, formulaic approach to meditation – dry and uninspiring! Or we can be overly relaxed and laid back which can contribute to an overly non-committal or unstructured attitude to our meditation – vague and un-focussed!

In this Monday night meditation class, we’ll be asking the question: How do our external behaviours support our inner journey?

Includes two short led meditations, suitable for both newcomers and regular meditators, meditation teaching and a chat-room Q&A.

This episode is the third of a four-part series that invites us to look at what gets in the way of curiosity and exploration in our meditation using the Buddha’s exploration of the four ways in which we limit ourselves.

YouTube stream LIVE Monday 10th Aug from 7.30pm (BST): [https://youtu.be/VvEYQYo8Q00] – subscribe and click the alert bell so you don’t miss it.
